The discreet location in the second backyard offers four very different playrooms. Our great selection of BDSM equipment is waiting for you to explore. And we are happy to provide suitable toys from our pool for the respective game and educate you in safe usage.
Our guests should feel at home. We will provide you with a short introduction to the playing possibilities of the respective room, then you will enjoy your discreet privacy.
For the cigarette afterwards or the glass of wine our romantic garden with a comfortable sitting area is available.

We are happy to offer people or couples of any constellation the opportunity to play with pleasure or rigor in our rooms. Renting is completely anonymous and no question need be embarrassing.

Photo sessions/film shooting
Our tastefully and very individually designed rooms offer an inspiring backdrop for photo sessions of various kinds. Both private and professional photographers are welcome
The pictures taken in the LUX rooms may be used freely.
Please note that the LUX is a fully equipped professional dungeon and not a photo location. We do not have professional photo-lighting systems. Please bring the necessary equipment with you.
During the rental period there is always a 10 minute introduction to the possibilities of use and the house rules.
